Overview
Raw data wasn't cutting it.
Managers were struggling to track their organization's performance and progress because the real insights were buried in an array of numbers crammed into CSV files.
Our commercial teams were trying to fill the gap by creating and sharing custom performance presentations each month, but this was a drain on company resources. We needed a better solution.
Our goal was to provide managers a clear summary of their organization via custom, visualized reports.
Solution
Visual summaries
The new reports page shows charts and graphs that summarize every step of the learning journey, each accompanied by a simple breakdown of learners. Managers can choose which reports they want to see, and toggle comparisons to see trends across various periods.
Interactive reports
We didn't stop at charts and graphs. Managers need to track performance in order to effectively manage their learners, so we made the dashboard interactive, allowing them to click into each report to see a detailed breakdown of learners and perform tasks by segment.
Project outcomes
Hitting the target
This feature is currently in development, but feedback from usability and feedback sessions with end users and our commercial team has overall been very positive. We'll measure outcomes quantitatively by how much we can reduce monthly custom presentations, and qualitatively by how much value managers find in this method of tracking their organization's activity.
